Trygve H. Espeland

Naval Architect and Co-Founder
ESNA

Trygve Halvorsen Espeland is a naval architect from Norway. He has focused his education, as well as work-experience, on high-performance vessels. His university degree was specialized on Surface Effect Ships (SES), and in 2015 he co-founded ESNA as an independent design house for high performance vessels and SES. He is currently working as naval architect for ESNA.

 

As a naval architect mr. Espeland is enthusiastic about new and innovative technologies. He is always keeping attention to what is new in the vessel markets, and he enjoys working closely with both equipment suppliers and manufacturers, shipyards and vessel owners to find and apply the best fit vessel technology for the job.
